For three weeks, the Thuringia Bach Festival transformed the region into a vibrant hub of music: over 19,500 enthusiastic guests enjoyed unforgettable concerts across more than 40 performances. World-renowned ensembles and artists such as Solomon’s Knot, Vox Luminis, Angela Hewitt, Tenebrae and Concerto Copenhagen captivated the audience with their masterful interpretations. Up-and-coming talents such as Il Concerto Intempestivo, Rakhi and Simmy Singh, as well as Jonas Urbat, also demonstrated just how lively and captivating Bach’s music can be.
Thank you for visiting us and for sharing in the joy of music; we look forward to new concerts from autumn 2026.
The next festival season will take place from 19 March to 11 April 2027.
