Lars Ulrik Mortensen and his ensemble have often appeared in the Bach county of Thuringia. This time they are bringing a body and soul programme. On Palm Sunday in the Bach church in Arnstadt they will perform not only two of the cantatas which were written in Weimar but also music by Georg Philipp Telemann who, as a cantor in Eisenach, was a friend of Johann Sebastian Bach and godfather to his son Carl Philipp Emanuel.
